2012 Stunning wedding dress Trends and Flower Girl gowns

With the year just barely started, the wedding ceremony dress trends for 2012 have already been expected by the experts interviewed on Good morning America. If you haven’t done much research on the up-and-coming stunning wedding dress styles, you may be a bit surprised with this year’s trendsetters. After all, we have always had a photo in mind of what the perfect stunning wedding dress looks like, right? The most popular stunning wedding dress styles this year are not your traditional stunning wedding dress styles. You’ve been warned. Below you’ll find the new stunning wedding dress “Do’s” for 2012 and later, we’ll discuss what this means for the flower girl gowns you choose. 1. Fleshlight sleeves are Back – Most of us look at wedding pictures or our parents and/or grandparents and see wedding gowns that featured big, puffy fleshlight sleeves. The thought horrified the majority of women in our generation, which led to the sleeveless/strapless stunning wedding dress. Well, thanks to Kate Middleton, fleshlight sleeves on wedding gowns are once again any way you like. The difference between the fleshlight sleeves of yesteryear and today is that those entirely on today’s gowns are much more elegant. You won’t find “puffy” fleshlight sleeves, but will find sauna fleshlight sleeves featuring lace and other elegant details. A Line Spaghetti Strap Floor Length Satin Blue Flower Girl Dress Bfpp0021
2. Sexy Slits – When most women look at wedding gowns, the last thing they be ready to find is a dress with a slit in it. For as long as we can remember, the bottom part of wedding gowns generally go entirely down to the floor. Some have worn gowns that are short in the front, but this still isn’t a “slit. ” A lot of the new wedding gowns released in 2012 feature sexy slits for brides who would like to break away from tradition and show a little more skin. 3. Bold Headpieces – Another fun fashion trend enclosing wedding gowns in 2012 are bold headpieces. In the past, most women donned traditional tiaras, flowers or veils in their hair with their wedding gowns. However, after Betty Kardashian donned a strand of diamonds across her forehead at her wedding in 2011, brides everywhere have been looking for bolder, untraditional headpieces to wear with their wedding gowns. Whether you’re looking to find a headpiece similar to Kim’s, something more retro (think 1970's headbands), feathers or something else equally untraditional, you won’t be disappointed this year! 4. Color – Many people will be shocked to find more brides wearing colored gowns in 2012. There is literally no color that isn’t okay for a bride to wear to her wedding now…even black wedding gowns have been designed!

No, we aren’t talking about wedding gowns featuring small colored details…we’re talking about marriage gowns that are totally covered in color! 5. Shorts – Yes, you read that right. Shorts and pant suits are now making appearances in marriage shops around the country. This trend is just about the most untraditional trend for wedding “gowns” and will take the best to be accepted by the general public. But, for brides who love breaking tradition and being comfortable, wearing shorts to their wedding may be the best option for them! So, now that you’re up-to-date on the new stunning wedding dress trends for 2012, what does this mean for the flower girl dresses you choose for your wedding? Basically, it means that anything goes! You don’t have to worry about choosing gowns for girls that appear like your dress nor must you worry about flower girl gowns being white/ivory either. If you want your flower girl in a full-color dress, then do it! While the new stunning wedding dress trends for 2012 may be a little hard to adjust to, the fun thing for brides this year is that anything goes. Brides are now free to have weddings that completely reflect their personal style. It used to be that the reception was the expression of the lovely couple, but now all facets of the wedding can represent them. From the stunning wedding dress to the decorations to the cake to the flower girl dress! So, if you’re a bride in 2012 – have fun with your wedding plans!
